Do you have a physical catalog?
In a effort to bring you the lowest prices possible, we do not offer a printed catalog at this time. All of our products can be found on our web site with a picture, price, description, and other pertinent information. Everything you need to know is right at your fingertips.
Do you have a physical store?
JensScrubs.com is an Internet store with a large warehouse distribution facility. We do not have a traditional brick and mortar store. Since our customers are unable to physically visit us, we make every attempt to make shopping at our web store as close to the "real thing" as possible.
Product Questions
What is the inseam for Nu Dimension pants?
The average inseam for Nu Dimension pants is 30 1/2", while the inseam for "flare" pants is 31". Nu Dimension pants style #5008 is available in Petite, Regular and Tall sizes with 29", 31" and 33" inseams respectively.
Do you offer Tall and Petite sizes?
Yes we do. Many of our scrub tops and pants run from XS to 3X and our most popular style #5008 come in both Tall and Petite sizes. Availability of different sizes varies by product and color - please see the product detail page to see the available size ranges for the product you're interested in.
Ordering Questions
Why do I keep getting the zip code verification error with my credit card?
The zip code verification checks that the zip code you entered with your credit card information matches the zip code that your bank has on record for your credit card. If you keep getting the zip code error when attempting to finalize your order, please make sure your billing address for your order matches the billing address on your credit card statement (especially if you have moved recently). If you continue having problems please try using a different credit card or give us a call at (877) 672-0962 to place a phone order.
Can I order online without a credit card?
Currently, we only accept online orders placed with a major credit card. We are currently exploring other options to improve your shopping experience.
Why can't I select the size I want after selecting a particular color?
The size/color drop down boxes require the use of JavaScript on your web browser in order to provide the most accurate and current inventory availability for the size/color combination you choose. If you know that JavaScript is enabled on your web browser and discover that only certain sizes or colors do not show up the item is unfortunately out of stock for the particular size/color combination you are seeking.
We make every attempt to keep all styles in every size and color in stock at all times and restock out of stock styles frequently so please check back again or Contact Us for a estimated restock date.
If you notice that the size drop down is always empty after selecting any color please check to see if JavaScript is enabled on your web browser.
